Pulse is justifiably proud of our reputation for supplying first class

On-Site
Support Services
On-site installation and training are provided as part
of the initial contract. Three months post installation support is included
for new application installation, and covers the following:
- All
phone support, including by modem and use of the local call 1300 number.
- Attendance
at the various scheduled Pulse training sessions for selected members
of your staff at standard discounted rates.
- Attendance
at the Pulse office for any system discussions and hands on experience.
- All
purchased version enhancements will be provided free of charge.
On-Going
Support Services
After the 3 months period, Pulse software may be covered
by a software maintenance agreement at the then current rates, billed
quarterly. Included in software maintenance are the following support
items:
- All

of your staff at standard discounted rates.
- Attendance
at Pulse office for any system discussions and hands on experience.

Consulting
Services
We offer a consulting service for our Clients in such
areas as:
- Office
organisation and management.
- General
ledger charts of account.
- Financial
reporting.
- Specific
system design and programming.
