Support is an essential part of the ongoing success of a computer system. Pulse is justifiably proud of our reputation for supplying first class support. Contact any of the 200 plus Clubs receiving the benefits of the Pulse Club Management System to verify the excellent Pulse Support.

On-Site Support Services On-site installation and training are provided as part of the initial contract. Three months post installation support is included for new application installation, and covers the following:

  • All phone support, including by modem and use of the local call 1300 number.
  • Attendance at the various scheduled Pulse training sessions for selected members of your staff at standard discounted rates.
  • Attendance at the Pulse office for any system discussions and hands on experience.
  • All purchased version enhancements will be provided free of charge.

On-Going Support Services After the 3 months period, Pulse software may be covered by a software maintenance agreement at the then current rates, billed quarterly. Included in software maintenance are the following support items:

  • All phone support, including by modem and use of the local call 1300 number.
  • Attendance at the various scheduled Pulse training sessions for selected members of your staff at standard discounted rates.
  • Attendance at Pulse office for any system discussions and hands on experience.
  • All purchased version enhancements will be provided free of charge.
  • On-site support if required at our then current rates.

Consulting Services We offer a consulting service for our Clients in such areas as:

  • Office organisation and management.
  • General ledger charts of account.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Specific system design and programming.
